The family and their values
Our story began in 1959 in Altamura, now known as the “Città del Pane” (Bread City), a place that has always been renowned for its healthy, abundant and genuine wheat crops. The founder, Pasquale Calemma, had a clear goal in mind: to make his flour UNIQUE and SPECIAL through the EXPERT selection of durum wheat and METICULOUS milling. A goal that was met in full given the HIGH QUALITY which is the hallmark of the products from the “Antico Molino Calemma”.
The new generation has drawn on the company’s extensive experience and immense knowledge and has combined the corporate values into a common thread: TRADITION, AUTHENTICITY AND WELL-BEING.
